Inspiration began as one of my original acrylic paintings — an abstract filled with color, movement and energy.

I’ve always loved abstract art because everyone sees something a little different in it. There’s no right way to experience it. The colors, shapes and layers can spark a feeling, a memory or simply a little inspiration.

Turned into a mahjong mat, the artwork creates a vibrant backdrop for the tiles while still letting the original painting be the star.

Created from my original acrylic on canvas artwork and designed especially for the mahjong table, Inspiration is part of the Mahj by Lori collection.
